01.ELL Sheltered Training Module and Certification
A full training module designed for new and existing teachers to deepen their understanding of Sheltered Instruction methodologies. This program covers all training modules and runs 8-10 hours in person and includes classroom-implementation work from all trainees. Teachers will come away understanding how Multilingual Learners learn and how to reach them at their level. Since this is a full certification course, the base-price is per teacher.
02.Sheltered Instruction (Single Session)
These workshops are pick-and-choose components from the certification course. Each component runs 1-2 hours and schools can customize which sections work for their staff. Each session runs 1-2 hours, depending on your goals. Since this is not a full certification course, the base price is per-session.
03.Instructional Coaching Program
A semester-long coaching program designed to provide personalized support and classroom guidance for teachers implementing Sheltered Instruction strategies. This service involves ongoing coaching sessions, feedback, and resource sharing to improve student outcomes. It fosters sustained professional growth through a collaborative partnership, ideal for schools committed to long-term teacher development. Since this is an intensive, relationship-driven model, the base price is per-teacher.

As a former US public school ELA teacher and a lifelong magician, I bring a unique blend of classroom expertise and theatrical flair to ELL training. My 18 years of experience (including 12+ in Korean and Vietnamese international schools) have taught me that the best teachers are the ones who are dual-certified in both their subject and in ELL instruction. I help schools unlock that potential by training the great content teachers they already have to become exactly that.
